Our processing time is typically 2-3 days to fill an order, although that may vary. We require a signature on all orders over $250. Delivery date is an estimate only. We are not responsible for delays or damages to packages. We will make our best efforts to post on our website if there are any delivery delays, but that is not guaranteed. If you are interested in overnight delivery, you must contact us via phone or email prior to placing any order, and receive confirmation that overnight delivery is available. The customer will pay any fees associated with overnight delivery or additional delivery services.
We offer a 30 day refund policy for unopened and unused products, and the product must be returned to Picozza Dumont LLC, with shipping paid by Customer. To receive a refund or return items, please contact the support team firstname.lastname@example.org. Any product in excess of 30 days or any opened or used products cannot be returned or refunded. Purchases through a distributor or retailer require the customer to go to original purchase location for return, and is subject to the return policy of the distributor or retailer.
Please ensure that all addresses provided to Picozza Dumont LLC are accurate. If a customer provides an incorrect address and the package is delivered incorrectly or lost, we are under no obligation to replace that order. If a package is returned because it cannot be delivered, and the customer contacts Picozza Dumont LLC within seven (7) days of the order, then Picozza Dumont LLC will ship a replacement item. For any orders placed by phone, the customer must verbally confirm the shipping address. If because of shipping issues the product(s) are damaged, the customer must inform Picozza Dumont LLC within two (2) days of delivery. If Picozza Dumont LLC is not notified within two (2) days of delivery, the sale is final and it is presumed that the products were in proper condition on delivery.
