In 2014 Greg was introduced to obstacle course racing and in 2015 started Crossfit to bring his training to the next level. That was when Greg started learning about sports nutrition and wanted to help others reach their goals like he was. Crossfit has changed how he looked at food and the relationship he had with it. He believes in a healthy, clean and balanced diet to not only feel good but improve recovery and overall health. Greg is currently a full time coach and pursuing a degree in Sports and Human Performance.

My Story – How I got involved and Why I use CBD
In 2012 I tore my ACL for the first time. I tore it again in 2013 and 2014 but wasn’t going to let that stop me from doing what I love. Getting back into the gym was a struggle at first after all the surgeries and physical therapy. This is when I found CBD products, when I was looking for an alternative for getting back to where I was prior to my injuries.
I started using a CBD salve in 2015 after getting back to working out and having some knee pain while going through rahab. It helped to ease the inflammation and allow me to get back in the gym and push myself harder.I still use the CBD slave for my knees before my workout with all the training I do in crossfit and on recovery days making sure I limit the inflammation as much as possible.
